• The techniques presented here were extremely practical and easily applicable to my student population. I will always be aware of safety issues for my counselees. And, I hope to make my students experiences with trauma much less of a burden.
• This is the best training program I have ever had in the Board of Education. I very much hope we will be able to have this recantation in District 7. The situations presented seem very similar to things we deal with at schools. The ideas about how to do a case formulation, help to make sure the child feels safe and how many things that occur often in children and lives reactivate the feelings associated with the earlier trauma are practical and useful techniques that I am starting to try and hope to develop more efficiently.
